Data Deletion

If you've messaged the Lakwatseros assistant on Facebook Messenger, you can ask us to delete your data — your conversation history, and any lead or booking records we hold for you. Here's how.

How to request deletion

Use either method below. Include your Facebook name so we can locate your record:

• Email us at lakwatseros.zv@gmail.com from the contact you used, stating that you want your data deleted.
• Message our Facebook Page — facebook.com/lakwatseroszv — and say you'd like your data deleted.

What happens next

We'll delete your conversation history, lead, and booking records within 30 days of your request and confirm by reply.
